Return & Exchange Policy

At Dribz, we want you to experience the ultimate in comfort. If your order isn't quite right, we are here to help. Because of the intimate nature of our products, we maintain a strict hygiene policy to ensure the safety of all our customers.

1. The 7-Day Window

All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of your delivery. After 10 days, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Hygiene Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • Unopened Items: Boxers must be in their original, unopened packaging with all tags attached.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Exclusion: For health and safety reasons, any pair of underwear that has been removed from its original packaging or tried on cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at Dribzwear@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: Once approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
